At present, the department has formed a good learning atmosphere. In addition to the above special training, each morning the department also arranged a round of wards by the chief physicians, and made discussion on the difficult cases. Each month, the department also took some time to organize the disease discussions of the members on a regular basis, and arranged the members to learn the latest guidelines, the latest developments, the diagnosis and treatment methods of common diseases, the relevant theoretical knowledge of TCM, the use and operation of common instrument and equipment, and others, so that the members can gradually improve the professional skills and provide better medical services for patients.
