Fangshan Hospital of TCM (FHT) launched training class and kick-off ceremony for up-down linkage on talents training & applicable TCM technique health management was successfully finished in 2nd floor western meeting room of Fangshan Hospital of TCM on Oct 18-19th 2016. The training was organized by Fangshan District Commission of Health and Family Planning and led by Fangshan Hospital of TCM. 

　　There were 69 and 50-plus persons attending the kickoff ceremony and training consisted of the directors with Fangshan District Community Health Service Center, competent leaders, 2nd class hospital directors with TCM Department and backbones as well as junior physicians. The kickoff ceremony was attended by the following leaders: Deputy Director Wang Huiling with Science Education Department of Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Deputy Director Du Guoshuan with Fangshan District Commission of Health and Family Planning, Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection Zhang Shiping, who also delivered speech in separation.

　　National famous experts lectured for the trainees from different perspectives, such as VP Gu Xiaohong with Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Professor Lei Yan with China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, President and Professor Guo Changqing with Acupuncture And Moxibustion School of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Professor Fu Guobing with Dongfang Hospital affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and academic leaders with Fangshan Hospital of TCM. The experts fully prepared, the students earnestly learned with active interaction. The training lasting for two-day was fully seated with high academic passion. The exercise on TCM Five Elements was punctuated in between the training. The trainees benefited a lot.

　　Deputy Director Wang Huiling with Science Education Department of Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine positively affirmed the achievements made by Fangshan Hospital of TCM in preventing chronic diseases. She affirmed the leading role of the Fangshan Hospital of TCM in teaching, scientific research and training as well as guidance for primary level. She wished such innovative chronic disease management model could come to a nice end as well organized by Fangshan District Commission of Health and Family Planning, a live model for the whole city, and spread such model across the city if possible.
