To handle the administrative affairs of the Bureau; to compile drafts of local and governmental regulations about traditional Chinese medicine, the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine and the ethnic medicine; to deal with the daily office affairs, such as messages, meetings, confidence and documents; to deal with the affairs of policy researching, information, visiting, proposals, suggestions, confidentiality, governmental information disclosure, administrative reconsideration, response to suits, propaganda, security, statistics, HR, manning quotas, resignation and retiring; to organize and supervise the important affairs of the Bureau.
