Planning and Finance Division
To research and develop the overall plan and object for the development of Beijing local traditional Chinese medicine; to participate in developing the promoting and facilitating policies, as well as the development plan, for the traditional Chinese medicine industry; to inherit and develop the traditional Chinese medicine culture; to organize the general investigation of traditional Chinese medical resources; to discover, explore, systematize, preserve traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine; to manage the special fund from the government for facilitating the development of traditional Chinese medicine; to participate in determining and adjusting the charging standards of traditional Chinese medical services; to report the budgets and the final accounting of revenue and expenditure of divisions; to control the expenditure; to manage the affairs of finance, infrastructure and state-owned property of the Bureau and attached institutions.
