The press conference of the National Health Commission briefed about the reform measures for administration streamline and institute decentralization in the medical field and progress of the e-registration management for physicians and nurses on June 20th. At present, Beijing has comprehensively implemented the e-registration for the physicians, nurses and medical institutions, and the mass could inquire the practice registration information of the medical institutions, physicians and nurses via the official website of the Beijing Health Commission, and verify the license of the medical institutions via scanning.
In terms of new form and modeling, the National Health Commission announced the basic standard and management regulations for the medical sterilization and supply center, physical examination center and eye hospital above which the medical institution was independently set up, along with the seven categories announed earlier (medical examination lab, pathologic diagnosis center, radiodiagnosis center, hemodialysis center, hospice care center, rehabilitation therapy center and care center) totaling ten independent medical institutions. “The following institutions focused on offering service for the grass-root medical institutions equipping no condition for test, pathology, radiodiagnosis and sterilization: medical examination lab, pathologic diagnosis center, radiodiagnosis center and medical sterilization and supply center, which not only in favor of lessening the operation cost for the grass-root medical institution, but raising the same medical service level, such that both were widely achknowledged by the industry and society at large.”pointed out by Deputy Director Guo Yanhong.
In last April, we fully launched the e-registration reform for the medical institutions, physicians and nurses in China,and it is possible to deal with the application, entertainment, review and approval for the registration on line now. Meanwhile, it is possible for the mass to inquire the basic information for the medical institutions and medical staff making it easier to see a doctor via the website of the National Health Commission, health China app, health China WeChat public account and the information search terminal for e-registration system login.
Beijing Health Commission news spokesperson Gao Xiaojun remarked that we have all-round implemented the e-registration for physicians, nurses and medical institutions in Beijing, by the end of this May, there have been 100,000-plus physicians, 120,000-plus nurses finishing the activation of the e-registered account with activation rate beyond 95%.
The official website of the Beijing Health Commission had opened the entrance for e-registration, optimized the search function for the mass, and included the QR code in the practice license of the medical institutions. It is now possible for the mass to search the practice license and registered information for the medical institutions, physicians and nurses in Beijing, and verify the practice license of the medical institutions via scanning their QR code.
