Recently, in order to ensure the effective improvement of the medical service capacity of the Alashan League Zuoqi Zhongmeng Hospital in Inner Mongolia, the Beijing-Inner Mongolia counterpart support group of the South District of Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences went to Alashan League Zuoqi in Inner Mongolia for medical counterpart support. During the period, we carried out various medical assistance and exchange activities such as expert clinics, specialist business training, ward rounds, on-site guidance of surgeries, academic exchanges, on-site observations featured sand treatments and etc.

　　In the counterpart medical assistance activities, the hospitals exchanged ideas academically in the general surgery, cancer prevention with integrated Chinese and Western medicine, all kinds of acute respiratory tract and gastrointestinal diseases prevention, Sanfu paste with Chinese medicine technology, prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease sequela with integrated Chinese and Western medicine, chronic diabete diseases management, providing professional academic guidance for improving the medical management and service capacity of poverty-stricken hospitals and the prevention and treatment of all kinds of chronic diseases. About 100 sets of respiratory and gastrointestinal Sanfu paste were given away. The two hospitals negotiated and put forward the focus and direction of the counterpart support work in the future. The work they have done played an active role in effectively promoting our hospital's counterpart support work and close cooperation with hospitals in the poor areas, and also won the unanimous praise of the patients in poverty-stricken area.
