Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Held a Training Course for Financial Youth Backbones
In order to meet the requirements of the current government accounting system reform and improve the basic quality and ability of the financial personnel of TCM medical institutions, the Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine held a three-day training course for young financial backbones from September 4th to 6th.
On the first day of the training course, Beijing Municipal Administration of TCM held a mobilization meeting and put forward high expectations for the young financial backbones from the 35 TCM medical institutions for the training.
Liu Hui, Chief Accountant of Xiyuan Hospital, made a rich and fascinating course for the trainees. From the professional perspective, Liu explained the key points and difficult points of the hospital in implementing the government accounting system. Then, Liu answered the questions raised by some trainees on the spot, and guided them to resolve the realistic problems.
Following this, Mr. Hao Jianguo, a former researcher of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance, combined with his personal experience, gave a lecture on “internal control and financial risk prevention” to all the trainees through the combination of theory and practice. While instilling theoretical knowledge, he also used the actual cases to warn each trainee of raising the awareness of risk prevention and self-protection at any time.
The course of “cultivating the promotion and coordination capability” opened up a new sky for the trainees, and also established a bridge for communication and provided self-presentation opportunities for the trainees.
The three-day training course is rich in content, which left a deep impression on the trainees. The training has not only established a bridge of communication for the financial staff of TCM institutions, but has also inspired the enthusiasm and strength of young financial backbones. It’s believed that in the future wave of medical reform, the young financial backbones will carry out the mission of the times and go straight ahead by riding the wind and waves.
