Yanqing District Held the Coordination Meeting on the 2019 Survey of Citizen TCM Health Culture Literacy
The Survey for TCM Health Culture Literacy of Chinese Citizens is aimed to providing a scientific basis for the further study on the changing trend of TCM health culture literacy level of Chinese citizens and for the development of policies regarding the popularization of TCM health culture knowledge. The State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of PRC randomly selected 8 survey sites from the 7 districts of Beijing to conduct the survey on the TCM health culture literacy of citizens in Beijing. Yanqing District was one of the survey sites, where a total of 240 people were randomly selected from the 3 neighborhood committees and 7 villages of 1 street and 2 towns.
In order to do a good job in the survey on the TCM health culture literacy of citizens at Yanqing District in 2019, the Yanqing District Health Committee made the positive coordination with the sub-district and the town governments. On October 17, 2019, the coordination meeting for the 2019 survey on the TCM health culture literacy of citizens at Yanqing District was organized and held, where more than 10 people were present, including the relevant responsible personnel from the TCM Administration Division of the District Health Committee, the District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Xiangshuiyuan Sub-district Office, Zhangshanying Town Government, District Hospital of TCM, Zhangshanying Town Government, and Yongning Town Community Health Service Center.
At the meeting, the relevant documents such as the "Notice on Conducting the Survey of TCM Health Culture Literacy of Citizens in 2019" released by Beijing Municipal Administration of TCM, were explained in detail, and the spirit of the training meeting for the 2019 survey on TCM Health Culture Literacy of Citizens in Beijing held on October 10th was conveyed. Furthermore, the specific matters of the survey were also coordinated and arranged, to which relevant departments were required to attach great importance. For this purpose, a good job shall be done in the following aspects: First of all, to ensure the safety of the survey; Secondly, to ensure the quality of the survey; Finally, the relevant units shall do well in the work connection and coordination so that the survey can be completed according to the requirements on time, quality, quantity and so on.
