In order to further enhance honesty awareness of party members and cadres in politics and improve their ability to oppose corruption, prevent degeneration and resist risks, according to arrangements of the campaign on the theme of"staying true to our founding mission", the commission for discipline inspection of Beijing Gulou TCM Hospital organized office personnel from 20 key departments such as finance department, pharmacy department, personnel department, procurement center, fee collection department, information department, etc., middle-level cadres and discipline inspection cadres from party branch, to watch Wrong Path and the Loss of Youth, two warning films of Dongcheng District on October 29, 2019.
The warning films tell about several typical cases of violating discipline and law investigated in the last two years in Dongcheng District, give in-depth analysis about criminal behaviors of the offenders who take advantage of their position to seek personal interests, engage in corruption and bribery. Money erodes their ideals and beliefs, which disrupts their ability to resist temptations. Eventually, they become "prisoners".
The films warn party members and cadres to take the cases as a mirror so as to further strengthen moral and legal defenses, keep in mind the party's purpose, party discipline and national law, and work honestly.
Hao Fang, secretary of the commission for discipline inspection, urged party members and staff in key posts to enhance their awareness of performing their duties in accordance with the law, use their power properly, and make sure they keep disciplines in mind and know what to do and what not to do.
