Training course on improving management ability of department directors from Beijing three-level TCM, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and ethnic medicine hospitals has been successfully concluded

　　On October 30, the training course on improving management ability of department directors from Beijing three-level TCM, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and ethnic medicine hospitals sponsored by our bureau and organized by Beijing association of TCM, was successfully concluded. This training course is an important measure to implement the 13th Five-year Plan for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the 13th Five-year Plan for the Development of TCM talents, and the Implementation Plan of the Project for the Improvement of the Management Capacity of TCM Talents in 2019 issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The theme of the training course is to strengthen the training of TCM talents, enhance the management ability of department directors and promote the high-quality development of TCM. In order to achieve the training objectives, build learning platform of management ability improvement for TCM management talents in Beijing, and improve the capability for students to guide clinical work, we invited well-known experts in management of TCM and clinic from State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Science and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine to give lessons. The course gave special training from 16 aspects, including deepening medical reform and medical quality service, TCM hospital's concept and culture, specialty characteristics, talents and strategic management for hospital, hospital information management and application, application and service of TCM characteristics.
