The Guidance Center of Medical Rehabilitation Nursing for the Elderly in Dongcheng District organized a team of experts to carry out field supervision and inspection on district affiliated old-age care institutions
In order to further standardize the medical service of old-age care institutions and protect the basic health service rights and interests of the elderly, The Guidance Center of Medical Rehabilitation Nursing for the Elderly in Dongcheng District and the expert team of Beijing Longfu Hospital carried out field supervision and inspection on 18 district affiliated old-age care institutions from October 15 to October 31.
This inspection focused on medical services, disinfection and isolation, health management, safety management for the elderly, which was conducted by records checking, field inspection, management personnel inquiry and detailed communication. Records, feedbacks and implementation were required in the inspection, and the problems would be clearly pointed out and effective suggestions for improvement would be put forward.
The supervision and inspection significantly improved service awareness of old-age care institutions, perfected various systems, which played a positive role in promoting comprehensive improvement of service quality for old-age care institutions.
