Beijing Xuanwu TCM Hospital has been improving medical services by handling complaints as soon as possible
In order to effectively meet the requirement of "handling complaints immediately" put forward by the Health Commission of the District on the medical conference, Xuanwu TCM Hospital recently held a meeting on this theme. Hospital leaders and functional department heads attended the meeting.
The meeting notified the situation of the hotline handling in Beijing from January to October, and conveyed the requirements of the expanded meeting of the standing committee of the district committee and the main leaders of the district health commission on the implementation of this work . The meeting stressed that all relevant departments of the hospital should combine the work of "handling complaints immediately" with the campaign on the theme of"staying true to our founding mission" and the "action on improving medical services" in accordance with the district health commission’ requirements of "four points of implementation" and "six points of guidance". They must take people's needs as the goal their work, so as to solve practical problems for the masses.
The main leaders of the hospital are in charge of the work themselves. The leaders with specific duties shall know the situation of handling at any time, build coordination mechanism for hotline handling, and make the first-in-charge system fully implemented. All departments should cooperate with each other without shirking responsibility.
As of now, the complaint reception department of the hospital has sorted out the problems raised by citizens through hotline in 2019 one by one. On this basis, the department makes clear the work procedure, determines the focus issue and takes specific measures according to actual problems to solve more problems and provide satisfactory service for people.
