-- Qi Yuefeng of Fengsheng Hospital gave a Party lecture for party members, cadres and staff of the hospital

On the afternoon of November 4th, Qi Yuefeng, president and deputy secretary of the party branch of Fengsheng Hospital, gave a Party lecture on the theme of "Remain true to our original aspiration, keep our mission firmly in mind, and forge ahead in the reform and development of the hospital". He talked about the original aspiration and mission of party members and how to fulfill the mission, put forward requirements for the development of the hospital and the task of the staff, and made clear that the hospital would further deepen reform, adhere to the mission and focus on the development in the future.  

Qi pointed out that the "original aspiration" is the goal, oath or commitment at the beginning, and the "mission" is the task and responsibility. We should be someone who will never forget the origin to remain true to our original aspiration. We should be someone who is aimed to work hard to keep our mission firmly in mind. It is the fundamental driving force for the continuous progress of the Chinese communists. It is a solid foundation for the great renewal of the Chinese nation and the full realization of the Chinese dream. 

Doctors should constantly strengthen the party spirit, strictly observe political discipline and rules, fulfill their duties and take responsibilities. They should also improve the quality of medical treatment and discipline construction, make continuous efforts to strengthen the awareness of purpose, improve medical services, and enhance patients' sense of happiness and workers' sense of acquisition. In this way, they will help the hospital forge ahead in the reform and development, make progress in the work of community health, and bring the health service of Xicheng District to a new level.

The meeting was presided over by Xie Qiwen, secretary of the general party branch of the hospital.Xie expressed the hope that the campaign on the theme of "staying true to our founding mission" and the far-reaching Party lecture given by President Qi would enable all the staff to work together to make contributions to the healthy, harmonious and rapid development of the hospital, achieving the goal of "controlling direction, managing overall situation, making decisions, promoting reform and ensuring implementation".
