Recently, the "training course on quality management of medical record" sponsored by Beijing Changping District Quality Control and Improvement Center for Medical Record and undertaken by Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine was held in the first conference room of the hospital. A total of 145 people, engaging in medical administration, medical record management, quality control and clinics, from 21 medical institutions of all levels and types of the district participated in the training course. 

　　This training class specially invited experts from Beijing Medical Record Quality Control Center, Beijing Tiantan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University and 301 Hospital to give professional lectures on National List of Hospitalization Settlement of Medical Security Fund, High Medical Risks in Medical Record Writing, and Medical Record Management of Modern Hospitals. 

　　The lectures made the students further understand the national medical reform, DRGs payment reform in tertiary hospitals in Beijing, and the work and the requirements of 2019 performance evaluation for national public tertiary hospitals. The students learned more about the content of the settlement list, the front page of the settlement list and medical records, the writing of medical records and medical risks, the course of disease, perioperative records, high risks in informed information, as well as the management software of medical records department and the management method of medical records with the Internet + concept. The course enabled students to do well in medical record management and information management in the future.

　　This training further standardized the writing of medical records in the district, improved the quality and management of medical records . In the future, Changping District Quality Control Center for Medical Record will continue to focus on medical record quality, enhance medical record management, strengthen the exchange of medical record quality management in the district, so as to promote the quality of medical record management in the district.
