The inauguration ceremony for Tianchi traumatology 2nd-level workstation was solemnly convened in Beijing Jiuhua Conference Center on Dec 10th, 2016. The conference granted Beijing No.1 Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine as the 2nd-level workstation for Tianchi Traumatology School Inheritance Studio, wherein Director Bai Zhiqiang with Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Beijing No.1 Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine acted as the 7th generation of academic inheritor for Tianchi traumatology.

　　Director Bai Zhiqiang made brief presentation on recent performance of Orthopedics and Traumatology Department and its future growth direction. The department is skilled at curing knee osteoarthritis and fracture of tibia and fibula by virtue of Meng’s Fixation Technology (minimally invasive external fixation) for years. The inheritance of academic ideology and experience from Tianchi traumatology school laid solid foundation for internal and external therapy and integrated Chinese and Western medicine, enjoying important significance for our department and hospital at large.

　　The inauguration for the TCM Master Liu Boling could not only carry forward the master’s academic thought, inherit the essence of TCM orthopedics and traumatology, but the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department would put the spirit of live and learn into each working detail, widen the department growth road, contributing its part for the hospital growth.
