On November 16, the kick-off meeting on High-quality Nursing Service of Dialysis Room was held at Miyun District Hospital of TCM. According to the start plan of the hospital, the duration from October to December was the preparation and start-up phase, during which the dialysis room already conducted the training for all the staff on the high-quality care services-related content and requirements, aimed to enable all medical staff to establish high-quality nursing service awareness and actively participate in the activities.

　　In January 2017, the high-quality nursing services at dialysis room will be formally provided. By then, the high-quality nursing services of the TCM hospitals will cover six ward areas, operating room, emergency room and dialysis room. Nursing Department Director Li Aijing stressed that all nurses should do a good job in the five aspects: first, pay attention to the cooperation between doctors and nurses, make in-depth study; secondly, and gather together the effort of all of its staff to introduce new initiatives, thus making patients more comfortable and satisfied; thirdly, the work involves division and cooperation, and work together to overcome any difficulty; fourthly, strengthen the specialist care services while launching the basic disease health education simultaneously; fifthly, give top priority to the overall situation at work and do a good job in the communications among doctors, nurses and patients.

　　High-quality nursing services at dialysis room can improve the level of specialist care services, and allow this special group of dialysis patients to receive more comprehensive and higher-quality care services while ensuring the nursing safety of dialysis patients at the same time.
