In order to further deepen the connotation of community medical service and better serve the patients, on Apr 20, Chezhanxijie Health Station of Guangwai Community Health Service Center newly added TCM physiotherapy outpatient clinic to meet the medical needs of the residents in the area. The physiotherapy outpatient clinic is mainly targeted at treating chronic diseases and patients who need rehabilitation therapy and its service integrates medical treatment with rehabilitation, including acupuncture, massage, physiotherapy and functional training; the clinic makes use of TCM measures to realize systematic and scientific patient management, deeply explore traditional medical connotation and innovate adaptive technology for community rehabilitation. The attending physicians of the clinic have been engaged in clinical acupuncture for many years and are greatly favored by the patients. In the future, Guangwai Community Health Service Center of Xicheng District will carry out rehabilitation needs survey among the residents in the area so as to provide better family doctor service to them.
