Beijing Administration of TCM Director Tu Zhitao and Beijing Bureau of Finance Deputy Director Shi Shuying inspected the TCM and medical reform in Yanqing District at the afternoon June 5th, 2017. There were 10 concerned leaders attending the discussion, who were Yanqing District Deputy Head Luo Ying, District Health and Family Planning Commission Director Yin Wenqiang, and District Bureau of Finance Deputy Director Li Jingyu etc. Yanqing Hospital of Beijing Hospital of TCM Executive Director Wang Hongbing and Party Secretary Jiao Fenglin accompanied the inspection.
Director Tu Zhitao and other leaders firstly listened to the report delivered by Director Yin Wenqiang, who expounded on the achievements made on promotion of TCM cause prosperity and public hospital reform in Yanqing District, and the difficulties confronted at present, such as TCM hospital medical facilities are in acute shortage and the medical service system is in urgent need of being perfected. Meanwhile, the next arrangement is to accelerate the construction of phase I of the relocated Beijing Hospital of TCM, deepen the reform of medical and health system, and perfect the pre-hospital emergency medical aid system etc.
President Wang Hongbing made work report in terms of the hospital mandate, hospital reform and hospital development orientation as well as existed problems etc. Yanqing Hospital of Beijing Hospital of TCM is mandated by Beijing Hospital of TCM, Yanqing Hospital innovated the management mechanism, vigorously builthierarchic diagnosis and treatment, expanded the medical service range, such that the teaching and scientific research moved ahead steadily with sound effects, in particular the steady operation of medical reform having achieved the expected goal.
Deputy Director Shi Shuying deeply discussed with the other leaders in terms of the equipment facility, inspection center, first aid guarantee, informationization and hospital top-level design etc. and came up with rational advices. It was hoped that Yanqing District Health and Family Planning Commission and District Bureau of Finance could coordinate with each other to further enhance the construction on priority speciality.
It was pointed out by Director Tu Zhitao that the TCM in Yangqing District shall follow the direction defined in 1+3+2 scheme, that is, one-demonstration, three-reform and two-outstanding, wherein one-demo refers to create one exemplar nationwide; three-reform refers to comprehensive medical reform, hospital alliance and urban and rural integration; two-outstanding refers to give full play to the advantage of TCM during Olympic Winter Games, and positively exhibit the TCM herbal pavilion during the International Horticultural Exposition.
Yanqing District Deputy Head Luo Ying responded that Yanqing District was working hard at the preparation for the Olympic Winter Games and International Horticultural Exposition. The district government will, in line with the advices from the leaders and experts, work out feasible working plan, and unremittingly push ahead the TCM growth in Yanqing District, such that the people in Yanqing could enjoy better TCM service.
