Yanqing convened kick-off conference to create national county-level civilization city and blew the “assembly” to create civilization city in May 29th, 2015. Meanwhile, Yanqing District was nominated among the list of national civilization counties 2015-2017. In the process of creating civilization district, the district focused on the civilized going out, environmental sanitation, harmonious community and breaking-law building rectification. In the past two years, thanks to the general mobilization and concerted efforts throughout the district, the civilization city creation kept making new progress.

　　While got in all the hospital civilization city creation campaigns, the Pharmaceutical Department of Yanqing Hospital of Beijing Hospital of TCM, in vigorous response to the hospital’s call of creating civilization city, focused on raising the pharmaceutical staff service, built pharmacy teaching and research office, regularly held professional knowledge training to ensure the patients’ safety when taking in the medicine. The medicine dispensing window tagged the dosage, usage and special caution. Meanwhile, Pharmaceutical Department created intervention card for disqualified prescription, and regularly commented the prescriptions. Meanwhile, work at the change of the medicine about to overdue and replacement of unmarketable medicines. To make the Pharmaceutical Department’s closer to the people, set up the medicine consultation service window, launch Q&A service for patients’ knowledge on using the medicine. In the mobile TCM hospital patrol, actively popularize the common sense on pharmacy to the rural to raise their safety awareness. Keep the departmental environment clean and tidy,and daily arrange dedicated personnel to take care of specific sanitation area to ensure the medicine quality and safety.

　　All the people in the district are one family, and it requires concerted efforts to create civilization city. The pharmaceutical staff will work harder to be in always service of people in earnest and patient fashion, start from minor matters and civilized wording, refrain from littering around, and act the responsibility of the master for civilization city with words and actions.
