A research and guidance group led by Han Qide, Vice Chairman of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) visited Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. The group was accompanied by Secretary of Shunyi District Party Committee Wang Gang, Head of Shunyi District Gao Peng, Chairman of Shunyi District Political Consultative Conference Zhou Yingbo, Deputy Head of Shunyi District Chu Junwei, member of Standing Committee of CPC Shunyi District, Director of United Front Work Department and Director of the Office of District Party Committee Xiao Chengji, Vice Chairman of Shunyi District Political Consultative Conference Yan Zhiguang, Director and Deputy Director of District Health and Family Planning Committee Dong Zhichang and Chen Hao, and President of the General Hospital and the leadership of Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.

　　Vice Chairman Han Qide and his group firstly visited the Outpatient Hall Entrance to look around service items for the convenience of the people, including automatically registered machine, mobile payment system, free TCM delivery services. Then, they visited experts Gao Caida and Cui Decheng, who were rewarded with the title of the 3rd Capital TCM Master, at the Famous Doctor Office on the 2nd Floor. Vice Chairman talked with old experts and solicitously inquired about their health and living condition. Han spoke highly of their perfect skills and remarkable academic attainments, which are the treasure of the hospital and the Chinese Traditional Medicine Field in Shunyi District. Han also said, these experts are examples for the youth to follow. Those old experts sincerely appreciated the concerns and visits of the leadership. Later, Vice Chairman visited the achievement exhibition of the hospital’s integration construction in the hospital cultural hall. Director Dong Jiechang, President Liu Qingquan accompanied the visiting group and introduced the construction of “city, district, county and village” four-level integration of TCM service system and development of the united construction of two hospitals and one major department. The research group visited Nephrology and Spleen and Stomach Diseases Treatment area at last, they had a further discussion with the front-line clinical medical staff, and had a better understanding of the function mode of joint construction of major departments.

　　Vice Chairman Han Qide gave a positive reply in hospital’s integration construction, and expected that the hospital could do better in the future: to have a better understanding of the spirit of National Health and Fitness Convention; to summarize innovation development experience in the new phase of medical reform; to work actively and accomplish the working tasks of establishing a medical unity promoted by Health and Family Planning Committee of Shunyi District; to make efforts in playing a leading role in the pilot reforming unit of Trusteeship of Public Hospital; to provide a high starting point, high-quality medical services for local economic development and the implementation of health planning implementation.
