An inspection team of District Commission Health and Family Planning inspected Changping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine the implementation of main responsibility on Party conduct and anti-corruption in the first half of this year on 14th August 2017. The three-person team was led by Zhang Shaoli, and their inspection had the leadership team and representatives of several departments of the hospital participating in it.

　　Deputy Secretary of the Hospital Party Committee and Vice President Wang Feng made a report on Always on the Road to Strengthen Party Conduct and Anti-Corruption. And From six aspects, to consolidate the construction of hospital leading group, to implement the main responsibility, to strict in matter of Party discipline, to tighten the restraint and supervision, to follow recommendation and the deficiency and new working approaches, he elaborated the work report to the inspection team of District Committee of Health and Family Planning. 

　　And then, Team Leader Zhang and his inspection team had communication discussion and dialogue with leading group and inspect relevant materials. They examined carefully from the construction of hospital leading group, cadre team, education, infrastructure project, audit work, works related to letters and visits from the people, use of government vehicles and interior control system and some other aspects. Zhang Shaoli and other two team members granted full recognition to hospital’s value on the implementation of main responsibility of Party conduct and anti-corruption, the variety of Party learning and education work, dialogue of anti-corruption in the right place timely. They also spoke highly of hospital’s movements, which shows that its leadership of the Party committee is on the dominant position of the main responsibility. However, there were still some deficiencies in specific work, such as the responsibility list should continue to be improved, the whole record should be strengthened, the use of government vehicles should be standardized and party members’ education work should continue to be strengthened and so on.

　　Team Leader Zhang Shaoli put forward three requirements: Firstly, to strengthen the education of party cadres, and firmly establish the Four Consciousness; secondly, to fully use of the discipline inspection on four forms of supervision and discipline, and normalize the "let bite ear pull sleeve” behaviors; thirdly, to strengthen the responsibility list and the implementation of the whole record, to make records and predict the anti-corruption risk.

　　On behalf of Hospital Party Committee, Party Secretary and President Liu Baojian expressed thanks to the guidance of the inspection team of District Commission of Health and Family Planning. He said, they will make reforms actively in accordance with the feedback rectification. The party committee will take this supervision and inspection as an opportunity to strengthen the hospital management, prevent and control industry risks, strengthen its responsibility, and constantly promote the implementation of hospital’s main responsibility in the future.
