On November 22nd, sponsored by Yanqing District Health Commission, the series lectures on disease prevention by famous TCM experts officially kicks off in Yanqing District, one lecture each week, and 22 lectures in total from November 22nd 2019 to April 2020.

　　To put the Healthy China Strategy in practice, and put the Healthy China into action in Yanqing District, pursue the philosophy of you are the first responsible person for your health, push ahead the pilot program of TCM disease prevention in Yanqing, give full play to the advantages of the TCM in preventing the diseases, and reinforce the self-health management level, the Yanqing District Health Commission selects 20 TCM experts with profound TCM theoretical foundation holding the title of sub-advanced level, and the commission especially invites two city-level experts to cheer. In response to the major factors and matters resulting in the diseases for the residents in our District, we launch flexible lectures in various forms for different people from all the locations in the District, some lectures could be found in the residents committee, some are for TCM disease prevention team members in the health system, and some are for the public servants in the district institutions, towns and streets. The lectures are well-targeted with precise recipients and due effectiveness.

　　It is estimated that the campaign will cover 41 institutions, 6 mass organization, 15 towns and 3 subdistrict offices, 17 teams for TCM disease prevention, rural doctors and family hygienist in Yanqing District, and it is expected that there will be over 2,000 people benefiting from the campaign. Thanks to the lecture, the TCM health cultural literacy of the residents in our district will be reinforced, transforming the health philosophy of centering on treating the diseases into preventing the diseases, heightening the people health management level, steering a healthy life style, and contributing to healthy Yanqing pursuit.
