In order to better the work in the monitoring data reporting of basic Chinese medicine service in 2019 and implement the statistical survey system with great attention to ensure that the survey content and statistical data are accurate, in December 24, 2019, Healthcare Committee of Shijingshan District has organized the community health service institutes in the district for the training meeting on Monitoring Data Reporting of Basic Chinese Medicine Services. About 40 persons in charge attended the meeting and 50 training materials have been distributed.
At the meeting, the Healthcare Committee of Shijingshan District interpreted the monitering indicators from nine aspects: basic information, applied traditional Chinese medicine technology and methods, number of the patients at the end of the year, number of beds at the end of the year, number of equipment at the end of the year, income of the year, medical services of the year, basic public health services, and fillor information, and has presented the operation method of the direct reporting system of the data monitoring network on site. The Committee emphasized that the total number of consultations should be counted according to the number of registered patients, including the number of the patients in outpatient, emergency, out-call, reserved diagnosis and treatment, single physical examination and health counseling (excluding health lectures). For patients who have registered multiple times but paid only one visit, the statistics of them are based on the actual number of consultations and treatments, excluding the number of inspections, treatments, dispositions, and immunizations and health management services performed according to doctors' instructions. The Committee required that all community health service institutes shall attach great importance to the reporting of monitoring data of the basic Chinese medicine services, organize internal training, and carefully check the data submitted to ensure the accuracy. The person in charge shall submit the data to the Committee after review.
Next, the Committee would carefully review the monitoring data submitted to ensure the authenticity, rationality and accuracy, and would offer sencondary training on the indicators with more concentrated problems to protect the successful reporting of the data.
