The group held regular meetings to study the deployment and implementation of tasks, realistically formulate implementation plan for the hospital and departments. The hospital organized relevant training, and completed drug catalog selection and verification, price disclosure, medical insurance system upgrade, selected drug purchase and related information maintenance according to the work process.

At 0:00 on April 25, the National Drug Centralized Bidding and Procurement Policy was implemented on time at Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, which promoted the smooth progress of the medical reform. The information system was officially switched, and outpatient charges and inpatient settlements were tested for different types of medicines to ensure the perfect safety. Besides, medical insurance expenses were decomposed correctly and the settlement was normal. That is, the second batch of centralized drug purchases landed steadily, ensuring that patients could use medicines of high quality at a low price on time.
