On May 30, 2020, a voluntary service activity of civilization practice in this new era was undertaken in Beijing Hepingli Hospital. Liu Dong, the secretary of the Party Committee and the leader of Heyin Xinglin volunteer service team, led the group members and Xinlin volunteers to take part in the activity. The enthusiasm of volunteers was high even though it was a Saturday. Early in the morning, Heyi Xinglin volunteers wore blue vests and held a tip board saying "keep one-meter distance to increase the safety protection" and instructed the patients to queue up in an orderly manner at the registration office in the outpatient hall. After seeing or hearing the prompt of volunteers, patients would consciously stand apart and behind the line respectively. Party members should consciously lead the social trend of voluntary service which is regarded as an attitude and a habit of life for them, said Nai Jing, the secretary of party branch of Mensan Volunteers.

　　The interactive activity on growing knowledge of garbage classification was conducted in the multi-function hall of the hospital. "I know the green bin is for kitchen rubbish such as leftovers, the blue bin for recyclable rubbish such as bottles, cartons and disposable lunch boxes, and the red bin for hazardous waste such as broken thermometers..." Everyone strived to be the first to answer. The vibrant atmosphere during the activity further deepened the understanding of proper garbage sorting and recycling.

　　Liu Dong from the Heyi Xinling volunteer service team said, the service team would continue to keep the spirit of voluntary service of happiness and dedication in the future, and under the guidance of party construction, take practice actions to be civilized and practice living healthy, green and environmental-friendly lifestyles, build people's overall health and safety standards, and contribute to the development of a moderately growing economy, promote green and low-carbon living and a civilized and healthy society.
