In order to build a high-quality and efficient medical and health service system, strengthen personnel training and technical guidance, on the afternoon of June 10, 2020, Beijing Hepingli Hospital carried out the cardiopulmonary resuscitation skill training. More than 40 people from the close-type integrated care organization, Hepingli Community Health Service Center, Dongcheng Nursing Quality Control and Improvement Center, attended the training.
Based on the "2015 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Guidelines", Wang Xuelian, the head nurse of Cardiac and Renal Department, introduced the importance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), practiced on the spot, interpreted the specifications, methods and steps of first-aid process such as cardiac compression, airway open, artificial respiration, defibrillation, rapid establishment of venous access and safe transport. The trainees said that they had mastered the professional knowledge and key technical points of cardiopulmonary resuscitation through lectures and practical exercises.
The training focused on improving the professional rescue ability of the primary care team and the awareness of the prevention and control of hospital infection, and further enhanced the communication and learning between medical partners, so as to protect the residents' health of the community.
