　　Since the implementation of garbage classification on May 1, the First People's Hospital of Dongcheng District has taken active actions to vigorously promote garbage classification. Starting bit by bit, and promoting the change of the hospital environment with small things, we formed "three teams", including 43 garbage classification instructors in departments, 15 floor garbage classification sorters, and 9 garbage classification supervisors in the hospital. Garbage classification started from me.

　　The Communist Party, the government, the trade unions and the Communist Youth League have put seven measures under unified management

　　Double team leaders -- party and government governance. The top two leaders of the Party and government personally deployed and jointly promoted, allocated special funds to supplement the purchase of standardized garbage cans. The branch held a waste classification creative competition, the youth league members drew posters with their own hands, and the staff of the school actively participated. We will build the "three completes", a full coverage mechanism, and establish a management mechanism of the whole region, the whole comers and the whole process to control the point, line and plane of the garbage classification.

　　Gridding method -- define "responsibility area". The responsibility is fixed according to different department or floor. The refined and seamless management pattern for garbage classification will be continuously built. 

　　Hardcore action -- take the lead. The head of the department and the head nurse of "key little thing" personally went into battle and became the garbage classification instructor, leading everyone to do it together. 

　　Grasp the difficult point -- gradually enhance each part. Taking the problem as the guide, we should aim at the short board and the key difficulty to break through. Taking kitchen waste sorting as the breakthrough point for example, everyone preferred standing far away to walking close to the trash can to throw the meal boxes, leftovers and packaging bags at the beginning. But now everyone consciously sorts the garbage. This transformation reflects the meticulous and patient "embroidery" effort.

　　Cultivate habits - focus on the key 21 days. In the first 21 days of habit formation, department instructors, floor sorters, and hospital supervisors has kept watching every day, from forming consensus to putting into action, to cultivating a good atmosphere of active participation in conscious actions.

　　Red and black list -- high-profile appearance. Through the WeChat group in the hospital, the daily garbage classification situation in the department was publicized and exposed in the hospital, and the situation in each department was exposed for supervision. Excellent departments appeared from 3 floors to 8 floors. Questionable departments compared with the advanced standard to strengthen the management. The fast-food box, disposable chopsticks, packaging bags of the kitchen waste trash bin... disappeared gradually.

　　Garbage classification may seem like a "little thing", but actually it's a "big thing". The First People's Hospital of Dongcheng District took garbage classification as the starting point to carry out environmental cleaning and remediation activity, so as to provide a good medical environment for patients and build a green social atmosphere.
