　　On June 12, 2020, in order to improve Party conduct and uphold integrity, continuously enhance the consciousness of honesty and self-discipline of leading cadres, Wang Xiaopin, the secretary of the Party Committee of Guang 'anmen Hospital, conducted a collective talk of clean administration to the five newly-appointed leading cadres and put forward requirements on work discipline.

　　Wang Xiaobin put forward five requirements at the meeting. First, we should maintain political firmness, foster "four consciousnesses" and "four self-confidences", and maintain "two safeguards". We should always maintain a high degree of unity with the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in thought, politics and action. Second, we should take the initiative to accept supervision, correctly understand the right and use of the right, be self-respect, self-introspecting, self-vigilant and the self-encourage. We must not cross the line and break the rules. Third, we should take the lead in honesty and self-discipline, earnestly study and understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on the construction of a clean and honest party and the fight against corruption, be strict with yourself, diligent in administration of clean government. Fourth, we should carry forward the spirit of practical work and refrain from formalism and bureaucracy. Fifth, we should improve our eight major skills, be both politically competent and highly skilled. We should enhance our leadership skills and abilities, have broad shoulder to bear and real capability to succeed.

　　Secretary Wang encouraged the newly-appointed leading cadres to fulfill their duties in their future work, have the courage to shoulder their responsibilities and make contributions, and be good cadres with high competence who speak the truth and do practical things. 

　　The meeting also organized the new leading cadres to watch the collective clean administration warning education film "small drugs set off a big storm", to formalism, bureaucratism typical case analysis, and signed a commitment to clean administration. The five newly elected leaders made speeches respectively, and they all expressed that they must earnestly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Committee in the future, constantly strengthen theoretical study, enhance political literacy, stick to the bottom line of integrity, conscientiously perform their duties, and live up to the trust and expectations of the Party Committee.
