- A deployment meeting on Covid-19 is held in the south district of Guang'anmen Hospital

　　Recently, confirmed Covid-19 cases and positive nucleic acid tests have been reported in Beijing. According to the latest epidemic prevention and control arrangements of Beijing and Daxing District Health Commission, the south district of Guang'anmen Hospital attached great importance to the epidemic prevention and control, responded quickly, and strictly implemented the requirements of higher authorities for epidemic prevention and control. The hospital held the emergency deployment meeting on June 12, the administrative office meeting of the leading group on June 13, and the special deployment meeting on Covid-19 prevention and control on June 15. Relevant regulations and measures have been formulated in light of the new situation of epidemic prevention and control, and medical services have been provided in a scientific and orderly manner to ensure the safety of epidemic prevention and control.

　　At the meeting, the Medical Department, Hospital Awareness Office, Nursing Department and other main control departments, put forward specific requirements of the epidemic prevention and control for the pre-examination triage of each department and the secondary examination in the clinic, reviewed existing systems and procedures, identified loopholes, strengthened weak links, and formulated and introduced new systems and procedures that met the current requirements for epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, working groups were set up with a clear division of labor and ready to meet the overall deployment of follow-up hospital prevention and control work and various emergency response needs. 

　　Based on their own work, the department leaders of each hospital stressed the grim situation of the epidemic and made specific requirements for the epidemic prevention and control work. They required all staff of the hospital to strictly observe political discipline and improve their political positions; to strengthen risk management and control, management of leading cadres, management of commuting, management of medical treatment, temperature monitoring, hospital infection prevention and control, management of staff leaving Beijing, hospital access management and dining management. Third party management should be strengthened, and a number of measures and multi-pronged approaches should be taken to ensure the safety and effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control in the hospital.

　　Wu Xuemei, the secretary of the general branch of the communist party of China, stressed at the meeting that, first, all hospital staff should go out less, wear masks, wash hands frequently, prevent gatherings, adhere to the "one-meter line", and maintain a safe distance. Second, we should tighten their vigilance against the epidemic and continue to make efforts to prevent and control the epidemic on a regular basis and carry out medical work. Third, we should strengthen the management of medical consultation, and strictly standardize the prevention and control measures such as health code scanning and temperature monitoring for inpatients. We should pay close attention to those who have recently been to Xin Fa Di, strictly check and report nucleic acid tests, and insist on temperature monitoring and management for employees, third-party personnel, hospitalized patients and their family members at least twice a day. Fourth, we must abide by organizational discipline and rules and regulations, be firm in our confidence, improve our political standing, and refrain from spreading, believing or panicking rumors. We must not transmit or comment on untrue information or statements at will. Fifth, we should further strengthen the training of all staff and the awareness of the hospital's infection prevention and control, correctly grasp and strictly implement all protective measures, and carry out work on the premise of safety. Sixth, we should do a good job in material reserve to ensure the orderly and safe diagnosis and treatment.

　　Executive Director Hu Yuanhui instructed that, first, we should earnestly study the spirit of General Secretary Xi's speech, understand the new features and changes of the epidemic, attach equal importance to both traditional Chinese and western medicine, improve the level of diagnosis and protection, and do a good job in "four expansions", "four strengthening", "four early " and "three full coverages". Second, the whole hospital should be united with strict organizational discipline. According to the requirements of the Party Committee of the hospital, party members and cadres should take the lead in compliance with regulations and discipline, be subject to work arrangements and unified scheduling to ensure that anti-epidemic measures are in place. Third, we should establish the bottom-line thinking, strengthen prevention and control management, ensure zero infection without missed diagnosis. Fourth, we should strengthen the deployment of Infection-Control Department, guidance and execution capacity, add streaming content, complete record, implement standardized protection for key posts and departments. At the same time, we should synchronize garbage classification and control to ensure hospital safety. Fifth, we should insist on strict appointment triage and "one doctor, one patient, one disinfection" at the outpatient clinic, implement the pre-plan management for the ward, and do a good job of personal protection of medical care. Sixth, we should strengthen organization and coordination, allocate more resources for epidemic prevention and control in the areas under the jurisdiction of the Qingyuan Center and eight community stations. We should ensure the safety of epidemic materials, public opinion guidance, monitoring and information systems, and ensure the stability and safety of epidemic prevention and control and medical treatment in the hospital.

　　Despite the fierce outbreak of the second wave, all the cadres and staff in the south district of Guang'anmen Hospital have taken resolute and confident measures to deal with the epidemic. They have taken strict measures to guard against the epidemic.
