In order to ensure the smooth development of this special work, Guangwai Hospital held a special meeting in time in the early stage, conveyed the spirit of the relevant meeting of Beijing Municipal Government and Beijing Municipal Health Commission, refined the work content and made a serious deployment.
In order to avoid personnel gathering during acquisition and improve work efficiency, personnel to be inspected should wear masks, queue in batches at different times and line up in turn. In the collection site, the hospital strictly followed the in-hospital disinfection system, requiring the personnel to keep a distance of more than one meter, ensure no cluster and prevent cross-infection. Specimen collectors should strictly follow the procedures of nucleic acid and antibody detection of Covid-19 virus and corresponding protective measures to collect specimens in an orderly manner. After unified collection, all specimens will be transferred to the laboratory department of the hospital for secondary verification, code affixes and registration, and then transferred to a third-party medical inspection institution for testing. In addition, the hospital transferred the backbone of the administrative departments to participate in on-site personnel registration, information verification and other auxiliary work, which ensured the efficient operation of special work.
