　　In order to resolutely win the new battle against Covid-19, guard the door well and manage people well, in accordance with the national and Beijing's new Covid-19 prevention and control arrangement, and in light of the actual situation of our hospital, starting from today, we will implement centralized management of entrances and exits and separate control measures for people and vehicles:

　　To facilitate patients, on the sequence of medical treatment flow route, people should enter from west gate and go out from east gate while vehicles should enter from east gate and go out from west gate.

　　On the first day of the implementation of the measures, the leading cadres of our hospital took the lead and went to all key areas to guide the work before 7:00 am. The flow of people and traffic on site were in an orderly manner.

　　Leaders of Medical Department, Outpatient Department, Party Committee office, Discipline Inspection Office, Hospital Office, Security Department and other departments went to the entrance and exit to inspect and guide the pre-inspection triage process and the implementation of the separation of people and vehicles, and implemented the rectification of problems on the spot. With the purpose of finding problems and assisting in solving problems, a special inspection team was set up to carry out on-site inspections more than 4 times a day and implement and improve the work.

　　In order to keep every checkpoint of the hospital and stand sentinel at every post of the epidemic situation, the hospital added more pre-examination and triage personnel, clarified their post responsibilities again, and ensured that the pre-examination and triage at the west gate were ready in take action. Meanwhile, the hospital added double posts at the east gate and single post at the north gate, and implemented the one-day two-post shift system.

　　Develop the "Transport Route for Pending Investigation of Medical Records" to improve the controllability of personnel flow tracing in the hospital;

　　Clear the work content of preview triage of all levels of various regions, strengthen the inspection on the body temperature of pedestrians and people in vehicles, the wearing of masks and the verification of nucleic acid test certificate of patients in other provinces within three days, enhance the inspection of travel code, Beijing Health Kit and epidemic risk query code, and special people are required to fill in the letter of commitment;

　　Through redeployment and detailed pre-examination and triage work, the hospital guards the safety prevention and control of gates at all levels.
