　　The situation of epidemic prevention and control always affects the heart of every resident, as well as every health workers. No matter in the work of nucleic acid sampling, or the daily prevention and control work in hospitals, we have been relentless; whether it's sunny or rainy, we held on the post day and night; regardless of weekdays or holidays, we were staying with the masses.

　　During the Dragon Boat Festival, in accordance with the unified deployment of the Committee, Erlong Road Hospital again gathered more than 80 experienced sampling team members, respectively rushed to the two sampling points. Lu Yingchuan, the Party Committee Secretary of Xicheng District, the member of the District Party Standing Committee, Yu Huafeng, the member of the District Party Standing Committee and deputy district head, Cheng Changhong, the member of the District Party Standing Committee and the minister of the Organization Department, went to the sampling site for work guidance. Hospital Director Zhang Xiu reported on the preparation of the concentrated sampling work of the Desheng team of the District Health Committee during the Dragon Boat Festival, and highly affirmed the unremitting efforts made by our hospital in simplifying the sampling process and other aspects.

　　In order to ensure the smooth progress of the sampling work, the leaders of the hospital have been going back and forth to the two sampling sites for several days, adjusting the site layout together with the team members by hand. They arrived at the same time with the sampling team leader to plan the work of the day at dawn. Late at night, they left at ease after confirming the successful end of the day work. The busy figure of team members who worked hard in the wind and rain at the scene was seen in the eyes and warm the heart.

　　The sampling mission during the festival is another one after the nucleic acid sampling mission on June 15, June 17, June 24. In addition to ensuring routine diagnosis and treatment, the hospital also overcame staff stress and difficulties, dispatching 20 medical staff to support nucleic acid sampling work in other districts and counties, which ushered in the peak hour for collectors. At 5 am, all the staff was on duty, and at 6:10 am, the on-site work of each sampling site was carried out in a timely and orderly manner. The sampling team members performed their respective duties and have a clear division of labor. Nearly 10,000 specimens were collected on the day of the Dragon Boat Festival.

　　Training and drilling, refining process

　　In the early stage, the hospital combined with the practical problems encountered in the initial acquisition task, analyzed the weak points affecting the acquisition progress, and carried out plan formulation, group training and on-site drill. Relevant functional departments were organized to study and formulate the on-site work manual of Covid-19 screening nucleic acid sampling in Desheng, Xicheng District, and set up six types of posts, including comprehensive coordination post, material support post, nucleic acid sampling post, sample transfer post, information support post and on-site support post, and refined the process and clarify the responsibilities of the posts. At the same time, in order to implement the collection task quickly, the hospital highly cooperated with and effectively communicated with the street community staff, and learned about the pre-sampled street residents in advance to ensure the safety of the collection work.

　　Adequate guarantee of personnel and material resources

　　Due to the tight time and heavy task, accurate completion of the collection task in a short time was inseparable from the preparation of personnel deployment, material preparation, process design, quality control and other aspects. The hospital mobilized all logistics personnel and posted the barcode of sampling reagent tube during the rest time of rotation, which improved the collection efficiency.

　　Core technology - sweeping the code is checked

　　Sampling work cannot be separated from the strong support of informatization. Hospital bought laptop, scanner, id card reader, barcode printers and other information equipment by self-raised funds, independently developed the nucleic acid sampling input system, put street area, sampling point, date, collection number information into the barcode and formed four-segment bar coding to ensure the safety of the data in a timely manner and simplify the sampling process. Through the background association, convenient, accurate and fast docking transmission to the detection agency, the work efficiency has been greatly improved. At the same time, it also has brought great convenience to the street community for the second check.
