　　On June 24, Guang'anmen Hospital held the Commission for Discipline Inspection in the second quarter of 2020. Wang Xiaobin, the secretary of the Party Committee, attended and presided over the meeting. 

　　During the meeting, Zhang Li, the vice director of the Office of Discipline Inspection, conveyed the spirit of the speech delivered at the Conference on the Work of the Party and Discipline Inspection in central and state organs, the spirit of the Party work and Discipline Inspection Conference of the organs directly under the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2020 and "The Notice on Covid-19 Prevention and Control Supervision by the Commission for Discipline Inspection" of the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, notified the supervision and inspection work of epidemic prevention and control work in our hospital by the secret visit group of Beijing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the information on the epidemic prevention and control supervision work of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision team of the Municipal Commission of Health. She emphasized the discipline requirements of "strict discipline and integrity" during the Dragon Boat Festival, reported six cases of violating the Eight-Point Rule of the CPC Central Committee and the work of the commission for Discipline Inspection in the second quarter and the work plan for the next phase.

　　Secretary Wang Xiaopin stressed at the meeting that, first, we should improve our political standing, give top priority to political construction, enhance our political responsibility, take the initiative to fulfill our responsibilities, strengthen our consciousness of the four principles, firm "four confidence", uphold "two maintain", deepen our efforts to comprehensively govern the Party with strict discipline, and strictly enforce political discipline and rules; second, efforts should be made to improve Party conduct and Party discipline. We should expand efforts to implement the spirit of the Eight-Point Decision of the CPC Central Committee, and deepen efforts to correct the "four winds". In particular, we need to address formalism and bureaucratism, such as lack of responsibility, inaction, slow action, false inaction during the epidemic. Third, we should improve executing ability, be enthusiastic and competent in our work. We should continue to expand and improve our capabilities. We should earnestly study and assimilate the spirit of this meeting, give full play to the leading role of discipline inspection officials, and strengthen our self-improvement efforts in light of the current epidemic prevention and control situation. We should continue to keep institutional frameworks tightly knit, strengthen oversight in all areas, and work hard to strengthen weak links, plug loopholes, and build mechanisms.
