　　In order to thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the handling of letters and visits, we should summarize, publicize and popularize the experience and achievements in the reform of the letter and visit system and the construction of the rule of law in letters and visits since the amendment and implementation of the "Regulations on Letters and Visits". In June, our hospital carried out a letter and visit publicity month on the 15th anniversary of the amendment and implementation of the "Regulations on Letters and Visits".

　　The activity was divided into three stages. The first stage was the centralized publicity stage, in which 4 posters and 1 banner with advertising slogan were put up in the hospital to create a strong publicity atmosphere. The second stage was the in-depth publicity stage. Party Secretary Wei Qing and disciplinary inspection staff carried out the petition campaign at the gate of outpatient service hall of the hospital. At the activity scene, the slogan themed with the publicity month of the 15th anniversary of the amendment and implementation of the "Regulations on Letters and Visits" of the State Council was played on the electronic screen inside and outside the outpatient clinic hall. Two publicity boards were exhibited, more than 200 publicity leaflets were distributed, and more than 200 publicity bags were distributed. At the same time, questions, focusing on medical care, epidemic prevention and control knowledge and issues of public concern, were answered on the spot. The third stage is to carry out the WeChat knowledge answering activity. Based on the "Regulations on Letters and Visits" and the "Regulations on Letters and Visits of Beijing Municipality", the WeChat answering activity on letters and visits was carried out and all staff members were organized to participate in the activity. On the first day, 1,137 people completed the online answer.

　　By promoting awareness of the handling of complaint reporting, the data has been taken full advantage to let people run less errands. We should deeply integrate online and offline handling, solve people's worries and troubles online, improve the public's awareness and credibility of online petition, guide and educate the public to report their problems nearby step by step, and create a social atmosphere of rational expression of their demands and orderly petition according to law.
