In order to effectively guide patients and create a safe medical environment, the pharmacy Party branch and the financial Party branch of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital assumed the supervision work of the outpatient hall pharmacy and the charge card office, as an extension of the first-level pre-examination triage of the hospital, the supervision work would be detailed to every corner of the hospital.

　　Stay on the first line and defend the country. The two Party branches immediately communicated with the directors of the departments under their control, quickly established the supervision working group, formulated plans, coordinated personnel, properly arranged and carried out special supervision training.

　　Pharmacy Party Branch

　　The pharmacy area of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is located in the north of the hall, with relatively narrow space and easy to gather. The Pharmacy Department organized multi-department heads, such as pharmacies of traditional Chinese medicine and patent medicine pharmacy, to hold communication meetings and formulate supervision plans. TCM pharmacy (including outpatient decocting room) and patent-medicine pharmacy overcame personnel stress and other difficulties, arranged more than 10 personnel to take turns to work every day to ensure that there were 5-8 people to maintain order during the peak period. The supervisors performed their duties and advised the patients to wear masks, keep a safe distance of 1 meter and prevent people from gathering. They also answered the patients' questions about pharmaceutical knowledge and further improved the quality of medical services.

　　Under the guidance of the Party branch and the Department of Pharmacy, the TCM pharmacy creatively applied the traditional techniques of TCM incense to carry out epidemic prevention and control work, and smoked incense on time in the outpatient hall and nucleic acid test site every day, which not only gave play to the advantages of TCM epidemic prevention, but also promoted the culture of TCM, and was well received by the majority of patients.

　　Finance Party Branch

　　In the south of the outpatient hall, there were self-service machines, charge cards and self-service printing areas for laboratory papers, which were also places where patients were easy to gather. Under the leadership of the financial Party branch, the Party Branch jointly established the vanguard team of the Communist Party Member, carried out the themed Party Day activity, Party members and league members jointly inspected and supervised. At present, more than 80 employees have participated in the supervision team, and they have accumulated more than 300 hours of volunteer supervision service after completing their own work. While supervising the prevention and control of the epidemic, the toll booth flexibly adjusted the window function to ensure the safe distance of one-meter line, so as to enhance efficiency and improve services. When there were more patients in the card window, the charged window was changed into a comprehensive window to handle the card establishment, number offer, charges and other services.

　　It was everyone's responsibility to prevent and control the epidemic. Each floor of the clinic had realized regional autonomous management with departments as units. Medical staff, while completing the diagnosis and treatment of patients, changed their roles in a timely manner and devoted themselves to the supervision of epidemic prevention and control. In the outpatient building of the hospital, red armbands being busy working could be seen everywhere, which was not only a representative of identity, but also a heavy responsibility.
