On July 14, 2020, Zhao Baixiao, the Party secretary of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Li Feng, the president of the College, and Fei Yutong, the vice president of the college, went to Fangshan Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine for a discussion on institutional cooperation. Guo Shuwen, the secretary of Fangshan Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Pei Xiaohua, the president of the hospital and other team members attended the symposium.
At the symposium, Pei Xiaohua, the president of Fangshan Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, briefly introduced the hospital from four aspects: general situation of the hospital, business development, epidemic prevention and control, resumption of work and production, and development planning. Li Feng, the dean of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, introduced the school from three aspects: basic information, characteristics and advantages of the school. At the same time, he hoped to complement the advantages of the hospital and carry out various forms of cooperation. After the two sides briefly introduced the basic information, participants held exchanges and discussions on their respective needs, cooperation intentions in teaching and scientific research.
At last, Guo Shuwen, the party secretary of Beijing university of Chinese medicine hoped that through this research to further strengthen the cooperation of college and our college of traditional Chinese medicine, combining medical education and clinical practice, realize the complementary advantages, resource sharing and common development. At the same time, Guo put forward: one, set up the system of colleges and universities cooperation mechanism, comprehensive development of medical, teaching and research, point-to-point cooperation; second, It was suggested that institutional cooperation should be incorporated into each institution's 14th five year plan and the work should be gradually promoted.
Through this research, the mutual understanding between hospitals and schools will be strengthened, and the interconnection between colleges and universities will be further promoted, which will provide new support, new experience and new methods for the construction and development of hospitals.
