The operation and management, maintenance and security, and safety precautions of the hospital were inseparable from their hard work. During the epidemic, they shouldered heavy responsibilities. While doing their own work well, the staff of the office, medical department and logistics department of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine took the initiative to participate in the front line of epidemic prevention, strictly guarding all gateways of the hospital, and contributing to the creation of a safe and orderly medical environment.

　　Party Branches of Institutional Units in the Hospital

　　With the change of the epidemic prevention and control situation in Beijing, the prevention and control measures of the hospital have also been adjusted accordingly. The party branch, the second Party branch, the outpatient department and other relevant departments timely studied the prevention and control work plan, and establish a volunteer service team for temperature monitoring and a supervision team for epidemic prevention and control. More than 70 staff and workers of the agent units and offices gave up their rest time, voluntarily signed up and took part in the duty work of various posts. A special inspection team was set up to inspect the implementation of 140 key points of the "Management Book of Hospital Infection Prevention and Control Work" by the Municipal Medical Management Centre. We should do our best to provide services and support for the medical teams dispatched by the hospital and the personnel at the front line of the hospital's prevention and control work, such as packing and transporting materials and taking care measures.

　　As "supporter", "fighter" and "publicity agent", logistics branch set up "young Party member commando", the responsible person of each section room took the lead to rush at the front line. In accordance with the overall planning and deployment of the hospital, we should increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of indoor public areas, complete key tasks such as the renovation of supporting facilities of nucleic acid testing laboratory, fix the awning used for pre-testing triage and nucleic acid testing overnight, improve and define the "one-meter line" logo and other important tasks within the hospital. Meanwhile, the work requirements of "daily safety inspection", "daily prevention and control supervision" and "daily education and training" should be strictly implemented. In the front line of security, security personnel strictly controlled admission management, outpatient and inpatient, hospital infection prevention and control, fever outpatient screening and other gateways. We should implement security check measures, set up the inspection team and emergency team, dissuade and supervise the carrying of prohibited items, improper wearing of masks, smoking, gathering of people and other behaviours, maintaining the order of prevention and control in the hospital.

　　Medical Research Party Branch

　　In order to ensure adequate supplies of epidemic prevention materials, the Medical Research Party branch has set up a material supply emergency team to carry out epidemic emergency management and send and receive materials 24 hours a day, timely purchased medical team supplies, non-contact electronic thermometer, infra-red thermal imaging rapid temperature screening instrument, security and thermal imaging temperature measuring door, awning, fence, parasols and other materials and equipment, and did the installation and maintenance work. According to the work arrangement of the hospital, the Medical Research Party Branch and the relevant departments worked overtime in full cooperation, and completed the equipment installation of the integrated nucleic acid testing laboratory within one month with both quality and quantity guaranteed, which ensured that the nucleic acid laboratory was put into use as scheduled.

They will not be paralysed, weary of war or slacken their efforts in the prevention and control of the epidemic.
