Application personnel and pre-inspection triage personnel should strictly take protective measures to implement "three passes", "five ones" and "one-meter line".

The application doctor operated accurately and rapidly, patiently and meticulously told residents the matters needing attention while applying and the time to apply next time; some community health service institutions also specially sent family doctors for the elderly to provide door-to-door application service.
