All party members, leaders of some functional departments and 6 clinical department directors discussed the scientific, forward-looking and feasibility of the "first draft" together, and put forward the development ideas for the next five years in combination with the characteristics of various disciplines. The meeting was presided over by Wang Xiaopin, the secretary of our Party Committee.
The six directors are both department leaders and experts in their respective fields. They put forward constructive suggestions from the aspects of operation management, discipline development and talent cultivation.
Hou Wei, the director of the Department of Oncology, proposed that the establishment of the National Cancer Centre of Traditional Chinese Medicine should be supported by the national Regional Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Centre of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the cooperation between traditional Chinese and western medicine should be carried out comprehensively focusing on the treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of tumors. Liu Zhishun, the director of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department, suggested that some key disciplines should be developed into national leading disciplines to further explore the potential advantages of traditional therapies such as acupuncture and moxibustion in some diseases for which drugs cannot be treated, or the treatment effect was not good, or people had great needs. Han Fei, the director of Pediatrics Department, said: traditional Chinese medicine had an obvious advantage and curative effect in the treatment of pediatric diseases, we should further strengthen the construction of pediatrics and pediatric medical workers to provide development space; Li Jun, the director of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, said: we should continue to do a good job in evidence-based cardiovascular disease research, strengthen chronic disease management and the construction of emergency treatment and chest pain centres. Cui Bingnan, the director of Dermatology Department proposed: efforts should be made in the transformation of clinical research results to develop more products needed by patients with obvious advantages; Yang Xuedong, the deputy director of Radiology Department, suggested: we should strengthen the construction of medical technology departments, develop together with clinical departments, and jointly improve the quality of medical services.
Subsequently, the four heads of the Price Office, the Medical Insurance Office, the hospital Management Research Office and the Statistical Information Section, combined with the latest national policy requirements, proposed how to conduct standardized, scientific and strict management during the 14th Five-year Plan period, so as to ensure that the hospital was always on the right track for healthy development.
The 14th Five-year Plan is on the way
The conference pointed out that it was the key period to build a well-off society in an all-round way to realize socialist modernization and it was also the critical period for the hospital characteristic, connotation, transformation and integration development. Each expert proposed the suggestion to modify and provide the intelligence support for the "first draft". The 14th Five Year Plan of the hospital should form a consensus which fully understand the importance, urgency and responsibility of the plan; highlight the three orientation, namely the goal, problem and result orientation; It is necessary to make more efforts, that is, to form joint forces at the hospital, department and individual level, so as to define the path and measures for the development of hospitals, departments and employees in the next five years.
The meeting stressed that hospital party committee and leadership should carefully comb, fully absorb, led the team to concise, study, elaborate and formulate a high-quality plan that fully implements Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era and the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee, conforms to the laws of traditional Chinese medicine, highlights the characteristics of hospitals, reflects the people's expectations and guides future development.
