　　In order to further promote the standardized use of legalized software, enhance the construction of hospital network and information security, and create a safe and healthy network environment, Guangwai Hospital recently held a legalized software management work, and the leading group and all middle-level cadres of the hospital attended this meeting.

　　At the conference, according to the national and Beijing municipal requirements of the relevant software licensed management, the hospital information centre introduced the background of promoting software legalization and nationalization, and the concept of legitimate software; conveyed the "Computer Software Protection Regulations of the People's Republic of China", the General Office of the State Council's "Administrative Measures on the Use of Legitimate Software in Government Organs" and "Notice on Strengthening the Administration of Legitimate Software In Xicheng District and Promoting the Use of Domestic office Software" and other documents. At the same time, combined with the current situation of hospital informatization, the key work and related requirements in the Management System of Software Legalization in Guangwai Hospital of Xicheng District were described.

　　In addition, in order to cooperate with the smooth implementation of this work, the Information Centre of the College, the Finance Department and the General Affairs Department jointly carried out a unified registration and labelling of the fixed assets with legalization in a prominent position. This not only facilitated the statistics and inventory of fixed assets, but also enhanced the awareness of legalization of the hospital staff.

　　After the meeting, the hospital information Centre and all departments of the hospital signed the "Guangwai Hospital of Xicheng District Using Legal Software Commitment". By signing the letter of commitment, the responsibility of software legalization was confirmed again. The main responsibility of software legalization was implemented from top to bottom, and the staff of the hospital were urged to strictly abide by the relevant rules and regulations of software legalization.

　　The smooth convening of the meeting further improved the long-acting mechanism of software legalization in Guangwai hospital, advanced all staff's understanding of software copyrighted work, set up the concept of refusing pirated software and using licensed software", built the good working atmosphere of software legalization, laid a solid foundation for the hospital to promote software copyrighted work.
