On January 20, our hospital held the 42nd special meeting of the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, conveying the spirit of the emergency meeting of the Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine on epidemic prevention and control, deploying and re-mobilizing our hospital to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in winter and spring. On January 21, our hospital held the 43rd special meeting of the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, conveying the requirements of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission on further strengthening the work related to pre-examination triage and hospital infection prevention and control, listening to the feedback of our hospital on what the Beijing Health Supervision Institute direct and secretly investigate, analyzing the current situation of the epidemic prevention and control, and making detailed arrangements for the next stage of epidemic prevention work.

      The meeting noted that at present, local clusters of epidemics have occurred one after another in many places in my country, and the recent new epidemics in Beijing have taken on new characteristics, and the forms of epidemic prevention and control are severe and complex.

      The meeting emphasized that all the staff should be fully aware of the severity and complexity of the epidemic prevention and control , always tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control, strengthen risk awareness and bottom-line thinking, further consolidate responsibilities, promote the scientific prevention and control system, and give full play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and do a good job of prevention and control in winter and spring without slackening.

    The meeting called for updating and improving practical prevention and control work plans, emergency plans and work systems according to the epidemic situation and the latest requirements, and implement them thoroughly.Besides, Intensify personnel management, strengthen pre-examination and triage, enhance the management of medical treatment and hospitalization, standardize nucleic acid testing, strengthen training, drills and assessments for all staff in the hospital, and do a good job in supervision and inspection. The whole hospital should take epidemic prevention and control as the most important task before the festival, constantly improving the joint prevention and control work mechanism that integrates organization and coordination, prevention and control, treatment and logistics support, and weaving a dense "protective net" to consolidate the hard-earned control results.
