The epidemic is an order, and prevention and control is a responsibility! With the re-emergence of the new crown epidemic in Beijing, according to the requirements of the document " New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group and Task Division of Special Working Groups in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongfang Hospital " issued by the hospital, a group working at the entrance and exit of the Changdong Oriental Hospital ,led by Vice President Zhang Taojing, was established. Upon receiving the task, Dean Zhang immediately organized a working meeting, made a preliminary division of labor according to the actual situation of each entrance and exit, and the responsibility was assigned to individual person. Subsequently, the "Work Plan for the Prevention and Control of the Entrance and Exit of the East Hospital" was released to improve the organizational structure, form a regular meeting system, set up a work ledger and a daily write-off system, consolidate work responsibilities, and gradually explore the formation of a long-term operation mechanism.

　　According to the medical operation situation, in order to avoid the gathering of people and vehicles at the west gate in the morning, all the staff of the hospital are required to arrive at their posts before 7:30 ,whatever difficulties, and make every effort to ensure the normal operation of medical work on the basis of strictly implementing the requirements of epidemic prevention. All functional departments of the hospital and the pioneer posts of party members have contracted the dredging work of each entrance and exit to ensure that each entrance meets the standards of one person, one body temperature measurement, standard mask wearing, and reduction of gatherings, effectively avoiding the disorderly flow of patients in the hospital, and going all out to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
