Article 1 The emblem of the Chinese Society of Acupuncture and moxibustion is the symbol of the Chinese Society of acupuncture and Moxibustion. These measures are formulated for the purpose of maintaining the dignity of the emblem of the Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and standardizing the use and administration of the emblem.

　　Article 2 All departments and branches of the Chinese Society of Acupuncture and moxibustion shall use the uniform emblem of the Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.

　　Article 3 Scope of use of the Emblem:

　　(1) when holding the congress and plenary meeting by the Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and its branches.

　　(2) In the workplace.

　　(3) In important meetings and activities sponsored.

　　(4) The emblem may be printed on the envelopes, letter paper, invitation cards and name cards as well as awards, , flags, medals, letters of appointment and certificates of honor issued by the Society.

　　(5) In the official websites, public accounts of new media, newspapers, magazines, audio-visual products, other publications and propaganda materials sponsored or produced by the Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and its branches for non-commercial purposes.

　　If the emblem of Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion needs to be used within the scope of this article, the approval form for the emblem of Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion should be filled out (see attachment).

　　Article 4 The emblem shall be placed in a prominent position. The use of the Emblem and its design shall be serious and solemn to ensure the integrity and accuracy of its image. The size of the emblem shall be determined according to the requirements of the venue. The emblem to be worn is 2 cm in diameter and should be worn on the left breast.

　　Article 5 No organization or individual shall use the Emblem without authorization, alter the design, words and color of the emblem without authorization, disintegrate the emblem into other forms, use the emblem as part of other designs, or use the emblem that is damaged, defaced, faded or not in conformity with the production regulations.

　　Article 6 The emblem and its design shall not be used for trademark, commercial advertisement and commercial purposes (including potential commercial purposes), in occasions unrelated to the work of the Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and its branches, in daily furnishings, in private celebrations and other inappropriate occasions. The emblem shall not be used adjacent to commercial advertisements.

　　Article 7 All departments and branches of The Chinese Association of Acupuncture and Moxibustion shall supervise and administer the making and use of the emblem. Those who violate these regulations shall be corrected immediately and reported to the Office of the Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.

　　Article 8 In case of any unauthorized use of the Emblem or infringement of the intellectual property rights of the emblem, The Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion has the right to request the relevant departments to investigate and punish according to law, and investigate the relevant legal responsibilities of the users and infringers.

　　Article 9 The office of Chinese Association of Acupuncture and Moxibustion is responsible for the interpretation of this regulation.

　　Article 10 This regulation shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation after deliberation and approval by the 13th standing Council of the sixth Chinese Society of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
