2021 marks the fourth anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the Law on Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Health Commission of Xicheng District, Beijing, has actively deployed the publicity and training work, requiring the whole system to actively implement the spirit of the Notice of Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine on The Dissemination and Publicity of The Law in traditional Chinese Medicine Industry. It not only popularized TCM laws and regulations for the residents of the jurisdiction, but also carried forward TCM health culture, popularized TCM health care knowledge, and boosted the development of TCM.

The law enforcers of health supervision and the managers of traditional Chinese medicine medical institutions from the districts are organized to train and grasp the spirit of the law, the basic legal system and the main content.
All traditional Chinese medicine hospitals organize their medical staff to carry out training and publicity on the Law and Regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine. The focus is on legal practice, practice approval, medical technology management, TCM information services, TCM continuing education, TCM disease prevention and treatment, and improving TCM characteristic rehabilitation ability. Hospitals use official wechat, Weibo, websites and electronic screens in hospital halls to carry out publicity and education activities on TCM law and rule of law. Up to now, the hospital website has been visited by more than 1.8 million people. Through the publicity of the activities, we will further inherit and promote the health culture of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine, popularize the knowledge of health preservation and health care of Traditional Chinese medicine, and integrate the concept of "preventing disease" into the health management of human life cycle.
Community health service centers organized medical staff in all hospitals to conduct training and publicity on the Law and Regulations on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Community health service centers focus on training the legislative purpose, legislative significance and main content of the Regulations to further improve the ability of employees to learn and use the law. At the same time, the Law on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Regulations have been actively publicized to residents and patients through posters and electronic screens in the outpatient hall. Private medical institutions enlarge learning efforts. Private medical institutions within the jurisdiction have actively carried out school-level learning and publicity. They organized and held a meeting of department directors, interpreted the important contents of the Law of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Regulations one by one, required the heads of all departments to study actively and conscientiously, and arranged specific forms of publicity and dos and don'ts.
