On August 24, the 2021 CIFTIS Health Service Exhibition preheating publicity media briefing was held as scheduled. The leaders of Beijing Municipal Health Commission, Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, representatives of exhibitors and media attended the conference.
At the meeting, Zheng Jinpu, second-level inspector of municipal Health Commission, introduced the overall situation of the special exhibition area of health and health services. Li Dejuan, deputy director general of municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and second-level inspector, introduced the preparations for the traditional Chinese medicine themed activities. The total exhibition area of the TCM themed event covers nearly 1,000 square meters, and the exhibitors are arranged around the theme of the event including tracing to the origin, inheritance, innovation and the future as the main axis, fully demonstrating the advantages and roles of TCM (including ethnic medicine) in helping epidemic prevention and control, preventing diseases before they are affected, and developing the health industry. The exhibition area will adopt the form of "exhibition group" for the first time, which will be divided into four exhibition groups according to the nature and region of participating enterprises and institutions. The "Traditional Chinese Medicine Teaching and Research Group" will focus on displaying the latest achievements of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine in the fields of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. "Ethnic Medicine Exhibition Group" will show the uniqueness of Tibetan medicine, Yao medicine and other ethnic medicine; "Digital Chinese Medicine Exhibition" will present the close combination and application of modern science and technology and traditional Chinese medicine concepts; "Shanghai International Trade Promotion Center Exhibition Group" highlights the smart products and service system of cross-border integration and innovation, showing the charm of Shanghai traditional Chinese medicine.
Up to now, more than 50 institutions from Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangdong, Hebei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Anhui and other provinces and cities have participated in the TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine themed activities, including Tongrentang Group, Yiling Pharmaceutical and other leading enterprises in traditional industries. At the same time, exhibitors will also perform 3d dynamic display on the cloud platform, breaking through the limitation of time and space, realizing data exchange and sharing, and providing digital body testing and visual experience for exhibitors and visitors.
The event will also set up an interactive experience area of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine in the exhibition area, integrating cultural popularization, health management and interactive experience. We will draw the successful lessons from "materia medica impression pavilion" of Beijing world horticultural exposition successful experience, make full use of modern ZhanChen means such as vision, hearing, touch, use of big data and artificial intelligence, to create personalized health life experience, root the concept of traditional Chinese medicine “Prevention Before Disease Onset, Preventing From Exacerbating and Prevention Disease Recurrence” into the hearts of the people, let the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine really return to People's Daily lives, and make TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine a cultural consciousness to promote people's health.
In addition, three professional conferences will be held during the expo: "TCM Theme Day Launch Ceremony & Chinese Medicine Conference for Overseas Chinese", "TCM Health Industry International Think Tank Summit Forum 2021" and "Traditional Medicine Culture Summit Forum 2021", respectively focusing on overseas Chinese medicine practitioners, cross-border think tank and the folk medicine. We will carry out discussions on the " big events of overseas development of Chinese medicine " “the innovation and development of new pattern of traditional Chinese medicine health industry under domestic and international binary interaction " and "sharing and integration of traditional medicine ", assemble all the wisdom from all walks of life like administration, production, study ,research, and media for co-construction and sharing. We will issue cooperation projects, sign a cooperation agreement and l promote the modernization, industrialization and internationalization of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine.
