On October 16, Beijing administration of traditional Chinese medicine, Beijing Shunyi District People's Government hosted the first academy of traditional Chinese medicine development BBS in Beijing. The Development Research Report of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine issued at the conference points out, according to incomplete statistics, at present there are 159 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine academy in total, and Chinese medical college education has become a beneficial supplement to common higher education of Chinese medicine and inheritance education.

　　Participants made suggestions on the development of the Academy. Xu Anlong, president of The Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, said that the development of the academy of Chinese medicine needs to deal with the relationship between ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign, and teachers and apprentics. Tu Zhitao, director of the Beijing Administration of TRADITIONAL Chinese Medicine, said that traditional Chinese medicine education and talent cultivation are the central tasks of the academy, and its education and teaching work should be sustainable, its curriculum system, teaching plan and training model should be replicable, and its teaching results should be evaluable.

　　The Proposal of The Development Forum of TCM Academies (Beijing, China 2021) and the Construction goal of the "May Third Concept of TCM Academies were released at the same time. Chen Keji, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lou Yulie, professor of philosophy of Peking University and other experts attended the forum. Mr. Xue Jufu, founder of Jinfang College, and other representatives of TCM colleges shared their educational experience.
