On December 25, the second batch of Chinese medicine backbone talent training projects in Beijing, which lasted nearly three years, successfully completed the completion assessment in Beijing Feitian Building. Zhao Jianwei, deputy director of the Science and Education Department of Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Liu Huaxuan, the fourth-level investigators attended and inspected the completion assessment work.
In this graduation assessment, the 65 students who participated in the second batch of Beijing's second batch of Chinese medicine backbone personnel training programs were assessed by set time and examination room division. In order to reflect the comprehensiveness, fairness and effectiveness of the assessment, the assessment experts are divided into three groups to conduct simultaneously. The first group and the second group of experts are responsible for the students' defense assessment work, mainly to evaluate and ask questions about the final papers and study summary, accounting for 40% of the total score; the third group of experts is responsible for the students' usual performance evaluation work, mainly including the student manual Completion, study attendance, practical assessment results, scientific research and teaching performance, etc, accounting for 60% of the total score. The coordination and communication of the expert group is in the charge of the principal Sang Wei, the Third Vocational School in Xuanwu District, Beijing and the Pharmacy Quality Control Center of the Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Through the comprehensive evaluation of experts and the review of scores, all the second batch of backbone talents of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing passed the assessment successfully, with a normal distribution and an average score of 80 points. In the follow-up, activities such as outstanding papers, selection of outstanding students, graduation ceremonies, and certificate issuance will be carried out at selected times.
