On December 20, 2020, the 2020 Jingheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Coordinated Development "Business Card" Project Work Summary Conference, co-sponsored by Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hengshui Municipal People's Government, was successfully held at Beijing Jingyi Hotel. Tu Zhitao, director of Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Cui Haixia, deputy mayor of Hengshui Municipal People's Government, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The meeting was presided over by Wang Xin, Director of the Medical Affairs Office of the Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Also present were Luo Zenggang, Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Wang Yipeng, Deputy Secretary-General of the Hengshui Municipal People's Government, Wang Fengming, Director of the Hengshui Municipal Health Commission, and The presidents, experts, and project leaders of 21 TCM cooperative hospitals in Beijing and Hengshui, the main responsible comrades of relevant municipal departments and county and urban governments in Hengshui City, and the responsible comrades in charge. The heads of functional departments of hospitals related to the business card project in Beijing and Hengshui watched the meeting online.

　　In 2020, under the resolute leadership of the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping at the center, the fight against the new crown epidemic has achieved major strategic results. In the face of this sudden and menacing virus, both Beijing and Hengshui focused on epidemic prevention and control, and meanwhile on the implementation of the project. They overcome difficulties, explore and innovate, give full play to the resource advantages of Beijing traditional Chinese medicine and the geographical and ecological advantages of Hengshui City, promote the project work of the "Jingheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Collaborative Development "Business Card" Project, and continue to effectively allocate the advantages of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei traditional Chinese medicine resources. They also further clarify the cooperation framework system, consolidate the implementation content, expand the scope of cooperation, and promote the progress of cooperation between the two parties in various aspects such as hospital management and medical alliance construction, key specialty construction, informationization construction and Internet application, academic inheritance of famous and old Chinese medicine, and personnel training. 

　　At the meeting, Director Tu Zhitao and Deputy Mayor Cui Haixia commented on the work report of each unit, affirmed the highlights of each unit, and analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies. Reviews face the problem and get to the point. All units will continue to be problem-oriented and goal-oriented, and make plans for the next step.

　　In order to encourage the advanced and stimulate the enthusiasm for work, after the research and decision of the Beijing Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Hengshui Municipal People's Government, this conference read out the bulletin of the outstanding individuals and advanced collectives of the Jingheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Collaborative Development "Business Card" project. Ten units including Beijing Association of Integrative Medicine were awarded "Advanced Collectives", and twelve comrades including Wei Yun were awarded "Excellent Individuals". The five award-winning representatives exchanged their work experience and characteristics at the meeting. All outstanding individuals and advanced collectives have expressed that they will cherish the honor, carry forward their achievements, make persistent efforts, and give full play to their exemplary and leading role in the future work, so as to create new achievements for Jingheng's traditional Chinese medicine business.
